JOHN FYNN (c.1779-1849)

Here are some notes on John Fynn (1779-1849) and of his descendants/ascendants.

I am one of them.

He was the Head Porter at Corpus Christi, Cambridge,
for 44 years, from 1804-1848.

This website is primarily intended as a family resource.
Every effort has been made from an historian's point of view to ensure that what we display is as accurate as we can make it.
If we are not sure, we say so by way of: "We think that...", we surmise that...", or, "we assume that..."

Please therefore accept what we say at face value as our "best" or use it as the basis of confirmatory research.

Let us know of any errors at regency@eclipse.co.uk  as sometimes information overload results in confusion.
