This was the home of Eliza Goodbody, lodging house keeper, at the time of the 1881 census. See Walter Cowling Fynn

Walter Cowling Fynn, Thomas' son, was staying at the address as a 'visitor'. Also there was Kate Goodbody, Eliza's daughter. Kate and Walter married a few months later - just in time for the birth of Mildred Violet Fynn.
