This is a copy of the first of the Pickwick Papers to mention John Fynn.

(If it's in red and underlined then it's a link to more information)

The Pickwick Papers was a series of articles in the Cambridge Weekly News during May and June 1997.

The contributor/author was Mike Petty a Cambridgeshire historian, researcher, lecturer and writer. Parts of the series
and other material are reproduced with his kind permission and with acknowledgement to the Cambridge Weekly
News. To know more about his work go to Mike Petty's own website at: www.cambridgeshirehistory.com/MikePetty.

I reproduce the first of the articles that referred to John Fynn as it was published to give you an idea of their content
and layout.  The remainder of the 'papers' are produced as text to make them more readable on the website.  The
spelling and punctuation are as the drafts for the paper. Go to Pickwick Papers for the rest....

Return to the top of this page, go to the index page of the rest of the Pickwick Papers, go back to John 'Porter' Fynn, or use one of the buttons to the left...
