The new Porter's Lodge was in the entrance
off King's Parage and can be seen in the centre right in the watercolour of New Court by
Harraden in 1837. St Botolphs Church is far right.

This recent (2003) picture of St Botolphs,
where a number of Fynns were baptised, also shows the other aspect of
New Court. The old and new pictures show little change in the facade in
